CAPTAINS DAY MATCH DAY PROGRAMME

Good afternoon everyone and a warm welcome to the players, officials and supporters of Battersea Ironsides.  

Who can forget the last memorable encounter against the Ironsides when we came within a whisker and an ill placed referee from snatching victory in a high scoring and thoroughly enjoyable encounter.  

Hopefully we are in for another cracker today. 

Today is Captain’s Day and in time honoured fashion we welcome Tom Bird and his guests.  We have a bumper crowd in the hall who will no doubt be recounting stories of yesteryear. 

let’s get behind all of the teams today and hopefully push ourselves up into the play-off places.
