Gravesend produced a mirror image of last week with a fine first half performance against bottom club Old Reigatians on Saturday. On the strangest of things this year, a bright sunny day, Gravesend secured maximum points and moved up into the play off positions with 5 games left to go. This was though truly a game of two halves. After a fairly even first 20 minutes during which the score remained nil - nil Gravesend unleashed arguably their best rugby of the season to finish the half 24-0 up.
